             This method is to use ion coating technology to deposit a layer of cermet film on the surface of the mold. This layer has the functions of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Because the material used in this layer is not compatible with aluminum, zinc and other metal solutions or It reacts, so it can greatly improve the mold release performance of die castings without mold sticking. For example, an aluminum alloy die-casting part of a certain manufacturer has very high product quality requirements. Due to the occurrence of mold sticking, the mold has to be pressed for one hour and then polished once. After surface treatment, the mold takes eight hours to come down, and it is very easy to clean up .

 

             In zinc alloy die-casting, because the zinc alloy solution easily reacts with the mold steel, some molds are corroded during the mold trial stage. After the surface treatment of the mold, because the zinc alloy solution does not directly contact the mold, it is completely eliminated In this case, the service life of the mold is prolonged, and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
